An informal group of voluntary helpers who offer their time and skills
You may have heard the phrase "If you want anything done, ask a busy person". That's very true when it comes to Rose Ash Village Hall and we are very lucky to have a group of men and women who turn-up, roll up their sleeves, put on a pinny and do whatever is needed to make Rose Ash Village Hall the very best it can be.
If you want to join in and can offer any help at all we would be delighted to welcome you. Please get in touch with Tracey Wilson to find out more.

What's available...
Facilities at Rose Ash Village Hall
Rose Ash Village Hall seats a maximum of fifty people in the main room. If the event doesn't require tables then that number increases to eighty for a standing event. As a venue the hall is ideal for special occasions, parties, anniversaries, and smaller wedding receptions.
The hall has a good size kitchen, a bar licence*, fully accessible toilet facilities, tables, chairs, cutlery, and crockery. A limited amount of parking is available on the village green.
We can't guarantee it, but further car parking may be available on nearby private land if requested in advance.

*If the hirer wishes to sell alcohol themselves, rather than using the Committee's bar service, the hirer must obtain their own Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from North Devon Council, allowing a minimum of 21 days for it to be processed. A copy of the TEN must be sent to the Booking Secretary before the event.
Getting married or celebrating a special anniversary?

Rose Ash Village Hall is an ideal and relaxed venue for your private event
If you don't want a large wedding reception then Rose Ash Village Hall could be a perfect, more intimate venue to consider.
The hall is also an excellent choice for tutors who hold private classes, for businesses meetings and small seminars. A screen and audio-visual equipment are available on request.
If you would like to visit the hall to see if you'd like to book it for your private event, please get in touch with Tracey Wilson to find out more.
